Very unprofessional and lousy after sales support. Firstly, due to a technical glitch price for a different product was charged.Secondly, there was a mismatch in prices for the alternative option shared. Tried to get in touch with the Product Specialist - Vineet Nair for the clarification but no response received. Will never recommend this website to anybody.
I ordered the guitar and primium bag. Packing was great and delivered on time and great support in case of any issue

The bag is torn one. Return may be possible but i don't want to process just to wait another three months. Because i received this item after almost three months.
I am really disappointed with the item. Let it be at any price range, seller is not supposed to send torn one. I had written for return but no response except from computerize automatic reply. I had ordered together with guitar and it took 3months to send me. I am really embarrassed with bajaao.
