The Story:
I had bought the Fender FB620 Bass Gig Bag in Feb 2021. It was lying unused at home until recently because there were no club shows. I started using it from a couple months ago as the lockdown got relaxed and club shows started rolling.
Sadly, in only a couple month’s of use, the gig bag completely got destroyed. I only used it from taking the bass from home to car and then from car park to club stage. I have attached the pics of the product for reference.
Resolution:
I reached out to Bajaao for help but this product is not covered in standard warranty and I had not opted for Premium Warranty. Only option was to order another bag or case. So I ordered the Bajaao Deluxe Heavy Duty Foam Padded Bass gig bag as a replacement.
I asked my maid to dispose off the Fender FB620 but she took a good look and suggested a Cobbler who sits nearby and usually fixes torn shoes and bags. I took it to her and she fixed it in 4 hours and for 100 bucks. Reinforced stitches and gave it a good polish.
Pros:
1. Padding is very good
2. Has bass neck support and strap pin support.
3. Zipper chain quality is good and smooth.
4. The utilities pouch completely houses additional cables and string sets.
5. Shoulder strap padding is comfy and wide enough to support long duration hauling.
Cons:
1. Extremely inferior stitching and finishing.
2. The exterior fabric is cheaper quality and can start to degrade very quickly.
3. The utility pouch could have been thicker.
It is a well made gig bag suits Fender Basses perfectly.I purchased for my Fender Jazz Bass 4 string. Light weight and safe for transit. Good buy.
I purchased FB 620 for my fender Telecaster. It's a bit large but FE 620 was out of stock. I'm happy with the padding and the quality of zip used.
I'd recommend anyone who wants a good quality case.

As I have just received the bag, the design and build-quality looks good. Whether the cost justifies... maybe, only time will tell... on the durability and safety, this gig bag brings to my bass guitar.
