After placing the order, the tracking status showed the product in "packed" condition for a week. After consistent follow-up, they delivered the product in damaged condition. That actually makes me wonder whether the case is value for money. Knowing that flight handling can be rough, the case that can get damaged in transit is definitely not sturdy enough. The damaged piece put me in an embarrassing position as I had to fly out with my keyboard in two days and neither Bajaao nor any other supplier could arrange to deliver a case.Lessons learnt:1) Flight cases can also get damaged in transit. Safety of keyboards cannot be assured2) Bajaao does not keep up to it's delivery schedule3) Bajaao can fail to be insensitive to customer's plight because of it's own action/inaction4) Customer support is sometimes unreachable and sometimes says they will get back but do not until you call them persistently.
