Waste of money

Product quantity is very very poor and they are deny to return, so I'm complaint in consumer form.

Open box is a beneficial option. But this open box purchase is certainly not satisfactory

The cosmetic details are not much a concern but the product is inherently below par. The EQ is not at all functional as described. The output is muddy especially for line out mode. The Bluetooth is somehow ok.

Overall experience with this product is regretable.
