Internal battery does not work

This is a new piece I got from Bajaao. I charged it for 2 hours, still does not come on after I unplug the adapter. I tried to charge for longer, still the same. Internal battery dead. The device is not portable, as advertised :( Bad deal...be careful about this product. Battery issues are tagged to this one with no support provided.
