I use it along with lemon oil
One spray to remove all the dirt and grime accumulated over the time. Would recommend few dabs of Dunlop lemon oil to moisturize the fretboard after cleaning. This one has to be used only for Rosewood and not maple.

Lemon oil is itself sufficient.
