The violin is excellent however, the D string of the violin was found to be broken at the time of delivery. Request for a replacement string still pending.

Very nice and good quality violin for beginners. Price should have been lower and should have bundled with Shoulder rest. Sound is perfect and packaging is also good. Case is durable.
They said, they have reimbursed amount. The customer care doesn't give good answers and are very late in response. Please refund the amount.
Not bad at all for the money paid - Violin arrived well set up - just needed some tuning - pegs do slip a bit which makes tuning slightly tough but with a bit of force you can push the pegs deeper so that they hold properly. My teacher told me this is normal. Great as a starter violin to see if you like it!
