The product quality is good, the straps attaching the loops to the case (to which the backpack straps are attached) seems weak /not reinforced enough. There isn't space to keep accessories since the pouch is narrow enough only to accommodate a book and pens.Otherwise the case is of good construct. The product (case) was received by me after a huge delay. I could not use the case for the purpose/event for which it was initially purchased leaving me stranded and terribly inconvenienced . During the delayed period, On multiple times I have called the phone line and they promised to call me back but never did call.
