violin not upto mark

there is no bridge, rosin given in the box, quality of the pig was not upto the mark, one pig broken, one fine tuner missing.overall not satisfied

The violin i got is totally with the wires broken and nothing is in place. Also the packaging looked so good. I hate the condition in which the violin is received. I would like to return it back. Is there a return policy?
